The Irish Hotels Federation will host the 2026 Annual Conference and Showtel Exhibition at the Gleneagle Killarney, Co. Kerry from Monday 23rd - Tuesday 24th February 2026. The Showtel Trade Exhibition will open on Monday morning, featuring over 90 suppliers. Kickstarting the day, we have a new addition – a Next Gen Breakfast for future leaders. The AGM and elections will follow, and in the afternoon, we have tailored, interactive Masterclasses. That evening we will present the IHF National Employee of the Year Awards followed by the President’s Dinner. On Tuesday the main conference, chaired by Claire Brock, will be opened by Michael Magner, IHF President, followed by brief addresses from the main conference sponsors Electric Ireland and Musgrave Marketplace. A Drinks Reception and Gala Dinner (Black Tie) will be held on Tuesday evening.

- Registration fees include attendance on the days according to the package you have selected.
- Payments are accepted by Visa/MasterCard or via Bank Transfer/EFT. When paying by Electronic Funds Transfer please email bank proof of payment together with delegate name/s to ihf2026@advantagegroup.ie once the payment has been made.
- From 5 February, 2026 all payments must be by credit or debit card.
- Your registration is not valid until you have successfully completed the entire process, paid in full and received a confirmation by email.
- Please note that the registration fees do not include travel expenses.
- Online registration closes at 12 noon (Irish time) on Friday 20 February, 2026 after which onsite registration applies.

- Cancellations received within 3 days of registration are without penalty.
- For cancellations received on or before 23 January, 2026, a €50 cancellation charge will apply.
- For cancellations received from 24 January, 2026 to the 6 February, 2026 inclusive, a 50% cancellation charge will apply.
- From 7 February 2026 onwards, a 100% cancellation charge will apply.
